Forum related suggestions:

• Some of the topic's are not related to the server so i suggest that we are going
  to put these topic's under: Server related topic's and Forum related topic's [16 march 2011, 9:24]
  
• Implement a Market/Trade topic so people can trade materials or sell there house to other
  people that are interested [16 march 2011, 9:24]

Server related suggestions:

• If people are going to start a project they should "claim" the land by making a wall around
  the ground they are going to use, when they have done this they are owners of this land and they
  can then sell people a plot for there house or store [16 march 2011, 9:24]

• People could "claim" land that allready belongs to somebody but there will be rules for this.

1. Plant a sign in the middle or at the entrance of the land that everyone can clearly see, also there need to be a date on the sign when you placed it. Use torches if nessasary.
2. Find out who is the owner of the land you are going to "claim"
   
3. Post a thread in the Market/trade with the template at the bottom of the post
   
4. PM the owner the link about the thread you made
   
5. Wait two week and look or the owner removed the sign, responded to the thread or respond, our your PM
   
6. Have a Mod come take a look at the property and OK the transfer of land

Failure to do the above steps will be in violation of the rules. If you built on the land you have to restore it back as it was before. If you took resources out of the chests and you do not put these back it will be considered as theft.
Also you can't claim land only for the resources, you need to do something with the land.

In almost all cases, landplots from other player are treated as "lease" and landowners do not have to claim these plots back if a town member decides to leave.
