made some major changes to the server
heres the list!

-Fixed a Customisable Creature Spawnblocker
-Tweaked server instabillity
-Implemented an [OWNER]beddrock removal tool
-implemented an Easter egg, [Owner]


and some minor tweakings to the Permissions list and some in the essentials folder, nothing major as of yet.
